Ningbo Lishe Airport Inquiring System, which combine the computer and telephone technology, can provide customers the flight information and public information by telephone, fax, and even internet.
Since the system was built, it has been running steady and becoming the service window of Ningbo Lishe Airport, which has provide the important information to customers and improve the airport service quality.
Scale
The system includes 8 lines simulated relay and 2 seats. Considering the small scope and saving costs, we adopted the server to realize system. The main parts of the system is the telephone enquiry server, which includes 2 pieces of 4 lines voice simulated relay and 1 piece of 8 lines seat, call center platform, provide the development environments for ACD, IVR and Agent.
Feature
The system supports both Chinese and English language, provide intraday or recent flight information and variety of enquiry methods, which include flight number, departure place and arriving place, etc. All the information will be automatically received by TTS.
The system supports the soft telephone functionality, include: Log on/off, incoming calls receive/hang-up, seats close/open, call through, etc. Artificially seats can provide more information and inquiring results than automatically voice service. For some special requirements, can offer other consulting service and accept the customer complaints. |
