Experienced management and technical team

In Wonders, we totally have over 600 employees, in which there are over 400 staffs have the technical background, and over 300 are fluent in English. Basically our employees are mostly high educated and come from Shanghai Transportation University, Fudan University, University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and National School of Administration.

In Wonders' International Business department, over half of the engineers have overseas master degrees and work experiences, with the capability in communicating orally in English and Germany with overseas clients. Also, to improve the understanding of outsourcing projects and relationships, our technical director was dispatched to the United States for periodic training and onsite services.
